Q. When do I get my USB Drives?
A. 10-14 business days. In some situations, we can deliver rush orders in 5-7 days. However, rush charges will apply and you must confirm with our sales department prior to placing a rush order.

Q. How do you ship your drives?
A. Our products are shipped by DHL, UPS or FedEx.

Q. What memory capacities are available?
A. We carry 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512 MB, 1 GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8 GB, 16GB and 32GB.

Q. How much info can a USB Wholesaler drive hold?
A. The reference table below is based on approximations.
512 MB (9600 pages of text, 320 photos or 100 MP3 music files)
1 GB (20,000 pages of text, 640 photos or 175 MP3 music files)
2 GB (over 40,000 pages of text, 1,200 photos or 350 MP3 music files)
4 GB (over 80,000 pages of text, 2,400 photos or 750 MP3 music files)
8 GB (over 160,000 pages of text, 4,800 photos or 1,500 MP3 music files)

Q. What printing options do you offer?
A. The most common form of print that we offer is Silk Screen but we also offer Laser ENGRAVING and Digital Printing. The process is determined by the complexity and details of your logo.

Q. What USB Wholesaler flash drive reading and writing speeds?
A. Our average writing speed at USB Wholesaler is 4.1MBps and a reading speed of 15.8MBps. To put it simply, 1 GB of data would requires 4 minutes to load and requires one minute to transfer off of the USB.

Q. What’s the minimum for a USB Wholesaler order?
A. Our minimum order size is 50 USB Drives.

Q. Do you Have a Warranty?
A. Yes, we offer a 12-month manufacturer warranty on our USB Drives.

Q. What is Your Refund Policy?
A. Due to the custom nature of the USB drives we cannot offer a refund for any drives after the production process starts. If the drives arrive dead on arrival or if they fail within 12 months we will replace the drives, unless the damage is due to the customer mishandling the product.
